Sindhi community in Bharat, Hong Kong and other countries are they conducting Janya (Thread Ceremony prayer rituals Janya Sanskar) and Sindhis, are they also give importance to the Janya Muhurathas (Thread ceremony puja Auspicious thithi dates and timings)? When is the Janya (thread ceremony sanskar i.e. which are the muhuratas)? The Vedas, Vaidic culture has a due significance in a Hindu Sanatani. Knowledge is an integral part to seek. Knowledge gaining is a life-learning process. One needs to uplift and elevate. A student goes to Guru to absorb knowledge. Guru, or Gurus impart the knowledge, the knowledge of the highest, the self, the self-realisation. The deep knowledge. And a seeker of knowledge visits Gurukul to seek it. And the brahmachari wears the yagyopavit. ‘Upavit’ (brahmachari sits close to Guru to seek knowledge). After initiating ‘yagnopavit’ ‘janoi’ ‘janya’ (initiating thread ceremonies’ procedures). Guru gives the Guru-mantra. Upanayana Janoi, Janya (thread investituting is important, to wear for a brahmchari). Sindhis give due regard to Janya (Yagyopavit – thread ceremony). Sindhi Janya, Sindhis Janyaa Pooja and Janya Shubh Muhuratas (Sindhi Thread Ceremony & Thread ceremony prayers), and Janya auspicious dates are important among Sindhi community in all over wherever Sindhis are located. So, the Janya Mahurat and Janya Pooja dates are significant in all the Sindhis. It’s must to wear Janya before vivah, shaadi (thread wearing with ceremony either before wedding of an individual or at the celibacy, devoted years of a baal-brahamchari, the age required for an ‘upanayana sanskar viddhi’, ‘yagnopavit sanskara’, ‘munja sanskara’ paddhati; observing regional significance of a community.). Janya Pooja Dates (thread ceremony prayers of wearing first time Janyaa) are given above.
